all parts were in the package and very easy to use. I pierced the smiley face and both nostrils. The needles were very sharp and the trimmings appear to be of good quality. However, I have to say that the 20g nose piece appears to be larger than the needle so I had to re-pierce my nose with a 16g needle as the piece would not fit in the original hole. Clamps are good as you can adjust how tight they need to be, and for cartilage piercings you can clamp them tighter to numb the area a bit. Overall this is a very good starter kit, easy to use, beautiful and affordable. Make sure you research the information about the piercing you are going to get and how to get it right and how to heal it.
