I love these blue light blocking glasses! I have a high sensitivity to light that can cause migraines. I bought them at an optical store a few years ago for 5 times the price and they are much better. I don't need an optical prescription and others have made my vision a little blurry. These are much clearer. And the amber color calms and soothes. I wear them to the store because the neon and LED lights get in the way when I'm shopping, watching TV, or working on my computer. I wear them while driving when it gets dark. Headlights prevent me from driving and don't affect my vision at night, they just heat up the light from oncoming headlights and streetlights. I wasn't sure if this would be a bad idea at night until I tried it; but they don't make everything darker like regular sunglasses, just warmer. I highly recommend it. They have also reduced my overall stress levels as I struggle to avoid bright light and seem to be getting more and more of that in our world as we move away from the warmer glow of incandescent bulbs.
