When our Ninja Cafe collapsed we decided it was time to buy something better. We were very surprised by this coffee maker and now consider it a must-have. Remember that you need to soak the carbon filter parts before use, so it's not just a plug and play product. I think we've been soaking them for quite some time. If you have never owned a K-cup coffee maker and then a conventional coffee maker, you should be aware that this product is very different from anything you have tried before. The manufacturer literally took a traditional coffee pot and combined it with a K-cup coffee maker with two completely different filtration systems and water fountains. You must fill in both prior to use unless you intend to use only one field at first. Everyday use The buttons on the front are very compact but feel perfect for the size of your fingers. Brushed stainless steel is also very durable as it can literally be rubbed down and soiled with a dry cloth. It's also very nice because you can control the temperature of your coffee. If you're making low-temp coffee, it might be worth waiting until the weather is warmer, as low-temp coffee isn't actually hot like you might expect. The grid under the K-Cup side is also easily removed to remove excess material. Overall, my partner and I think this coffee maker is great. The stainless steel front connects it to our kitchen, the product brews coffee quickly and has enough complexity without having to become "expert” on the instruction manual before using it. The blue backlit keys are also very nice. This is the perfect coffee maker for a busy family and we can't say enough good things about it.
