We bought this item because it offers decanters and individual Kcup options. Initially this worked as advertised; but this morning (12/21/17) we had problems with a cup. Not sure how to describe what's going on, but it seems like the KCups are overflowing and the coffee grounds are making a complete mess. Look carefully at the picture. You will see the water and coffee grounds flow over the rim/seam of the KCup. We tried to remove the limescale, although the cleaning indicator did not light up.
