My wife and I have been using it for about a month now. I typically make a 10-ounce cup with the K-Cup feature every day, and my wife makes a cup with the mini-basket every other day. By that I mean she also uses the K-Cup feature but puts her coffee grounds in a removable mini basket. Made coffee once, no complaints. There's only one catch. In order to insert the mini basket, you must first take out the K-Cup insert, this is not a problem. Then insert the mini coffee basket and start the brewing process, no problem. I usually think that most people who take their time remove the mini basket and clear the area no problem. My wife bless her heart then replaces the K cup insert so it's ready for me. That's the problem. There are two white arrows in the machine from the K-cup side. One is on the K-Cup insert and the other is on the machine itself. These two arrows MUST line up. The manufacturer chose to place these two white arrows on the back of the coffee maker to make them a bit difficult to spot. If you don't line up those two white arrows, you can put the machine in backwards, close the lid, and let it run. This will incorrectly pierce the foil lid of the K-Cup and leave coffee grounds, tea or hot chocolate in the coffee maker. It's not something you can ignore and use again immediately, you have to clean it up first. This has already happened twice. It's very frustrating to take out cotton swabs to clean coffee bags stuck in the car. So if you don't want to tell someone they made a mistake again, watch White Arrows twice before walking past.
