Review on RIOLAND Treads Carpet Non Slip Runners by Adam Mazie

I've just finished the installation. One issue I've encountered that I can't entirely fix is that the runners arrive in a box that is folded in half. This will remove the crease (which I tried but was unsuccessful). The center fold "flexes" as it is slid over the step, causing the center of the runner to rise above the step. I haven't found this to cause the entire slider to "slip" but it is aesthetically indecent. Another downside I encountered was that the tabs on the film to remove the cellophane backing are almost useless. Worked with maybe 2 or 3 runners from 3 boxes I ordered. This is easy to overcome; I just used small pieces of tape (good for everything!). I wish I could give this one more stars as the runners seem fine as long as they haven't been folded for shipping. UPDATE: The runners are slowly smoothing out. I have increased the stars to 5 because the seller is the most attentive and caring customer satisfaction I have ever experienced at Revain. I have an elderly dog with a cruciate ligament tear and these runners helped her get up the stairs without slipping. I have to admit they help me too. I seem to have read some reviews that said runners slide around everywhere. I think the ones they got must have a fault because when they went up and down the stairs they didn't move an inch. I think they are good with money.
