If I could say that without one star I wouldn't. I bought this for my 20 year old niece as a Christmas present. She chose it and was very happy to use it because it was portable. However, when she took it out of the box to use it, she said it was absolutely awful. It didn't stay threaded and she said it was indeed missing parts as there was no spool to thread underneath. She even asked her mum to help her for over an hour to see if they had missed anything and both said the instructions were terrible, parts were missing and it was just a crappy machine because it was eating and ruining the fabric . I absolutely do not recommend this crap.
