Review on 🐞 IAP Performance AC903900EC: Enhanced 60 Amp Alternator Kit for VW Beetle by Prince Burr

I gave 4 stars only because it is a kit, it had no instructions and no spacers for an alternative frame. Other than that, it works great. Pros: works great, works properly. Before the update, my turn signals are flashing rapidly because there isn't enough juice to start everything and my radio after my turn signals are fine and my lights stopped flashing up and down at idle. Cons: Didn't come with an alternator brace gasket so I use a silicone gasket. Just enough for transport so it's a bit forced) There were no instructions in the kit so I used YouTube and other online sources. Finally, I think they should include 2 binding posts for wiring under the back seat. I recommend buying a tool to remove the oil filler from the old alternator brace or buying a new one with a new nut. I used a hammer and a crowbar. Also make sure you have 36mm to clear the alternator from the fan itself.
