I bought this straightener in June 2014 and finally broke it in November 2021. After dropping this straightener many times, the straightener fell off. (Seriously, I drop this thing on the tiled bathroom floor every day! If not multiple times a day). I've been using this thing almost every day since 2014 and after 7 years it's been working just as well as it did the first time. Hair is straightened perfectly, no complaints. Now I'm ordering another one, I hope it lasts as long!
