Half stars for the best lighting
One broke in half during installation! Why are you emailing me to say you've found the best model and you're going to get it right? They then say to contact your support department BUT you forgot to include contact information for your "support group"! So I downgraded the original 2 stars to 1. How about you just send me a replacement and I can send you this current crap machine back to you?!
