I love how simple this tool can be for my team of 7-8 employees! It's quick, easy, and very effective at keeping us all organized, which has been huge.

The reporting could use some more customizations but we've made good progress with their support so far. We have only had one issue where they couldn't help within 24 hours (which was super fast considering). They're great about getting back to you quickly if there are any issues or questions! Our team uses it daily to keep track of our workflows, organize tasks, etc.
