It's easy to use as it is intuitively laid out with all of your reservation data at hand within one page for quick access when you need them! There are no downsides we can identify while using this software other than perhaps its cost which may be prohibitive if used by more users but I do think that there will come an opportunity where cloud services would work well here too (although not sure how). We have been able solve our issues related directly booking accommodation through multiple providers including Airbnbs etc.. This has enabled us streamline many processes relating specifically timeframes associated/relating back from hotel bookings so far very happy customers!
