Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Awesome cooler! Ryzen 8 cores / 16 threads (3.7 GHz, 1.287 w) cooled the boxed cooler for half a year, the temperature in the Aida stress test was 78 degrees, while the cooler revolutions were about 1900, and it was clearly audible, although not to say that too loud. With this cooler, the temperature is 57, and the rpm is about 970. You can lower the rpm, while there is a margin for temperature. Quieter than boxing. Satisfied with the purchase.

Different pros: Very quiet, powerful, made very high quality, easy installation. I put I7 7700k, everything works without problems, in stress tests, the temperature did not rise above 70-75. Has some cons Haven't found it yet.
