Just what I need to be able to use the outlet on the kitchen wall, which is low off the floor and behind the shelves. I have two square origami shelves along this wall that we use to store our Costco products in bulk on the bottom shelves and rarely used pots, pans, etc. high up on the top shelf. Since the kitchen is small with not a lot of worktop space and only two outlets, I wanted something that would allow me to connect things like a rice cooker, slow cooker, and kettle to the remaining work-level shelves without them getting in the way. Don't overload my meters. The problem in the past has been that those big surge protector strips were too big and bulky and we couldn't really mount them on the wall where we could reach them because it's an apartment that forbids it. But this extension cord dangles neatly from a hook off the top shelf, giving me three grounded plugs for my devices. The only thing that could improve things would be if it had a toggle switch to turn off the power, but it's easy to unplug things when not in use and plug them back in when I need them, so I'm pretty much satisfied.
