They work well (how else?) and look great on the counter. I also like that there are three sizes so you can choose which one fits best depending on what you are cutting. The hole is also a plus (at least for me) so I can hang them up and out of the way in the kitchen. My only complaint is that they look like they have a coating that seems to be peeling off in some places. Not sure if it's just wood that needs a good wax or if there is some kind of coating. I would certainly buy again, they look great and the price can't be beat!
