I think you get what you pay for. These pens are inexpensive. They look fragile and cheap. I ordered several sets and some of the fasteners were crooked - it was clear they weren't straight. I tried screwing one in and it went right through a hole that was too big for the small screws that came with it. I have used them as serving tray handles and ordered them because they fit. You'll probably be working on serving trays. If you're thinking of using them for heavy and constantly used crates, forget it. Buy stronger grips. They are very light and poorly made - a bad product.
