It's very large and relatively comfortable, although you can't call it soft and luxurious either. I basically got it as a kind of blanket that I could fold up to make it more or less warm depending on what I was looking for at the time. It performs quite admirably in that regard, although despite its already large size, I wish it were a bit wider - in its current form, doubling the length is barely enough to fully cover my entire body in both length and width cover. It dries fairly quickly, although it can absorb quite a bit of moisture, even if I wake up drenched in sweat for whatever reason, simply turning it over almost always has a nice dry sleeping surface (or top!) I suppose. that there are better options for the money, but I'm still very happy with it. I would recommend it if you are looking for a nice large relatively light duvet.
