I've been drinking Anova sous vide since the last Black Friday deal last year and it doesn't even compare to a week of Edie sous to eat vide. I use the Yedi air fryer almost every day, so I had high hopes for their sous vide. Not surprising, it didn't disappoint. The cost is much higher than other companies because not only do you get a device that costs around $100, you also get a complete kit to cook food right away. Bags, clips, and a pump cost an extra $30-$50 and are frankly must-haves for beginners. The shape is also more ergonomic and much slimmer than my old sous vide. It's much easier to use and generally more user-friendly. The water temperature is even consistent throughout my pool compared to my old sous vide machine which had warmer and colder areas which affected the quality of my meat. I recommend anyone on the fence to try this along with their other products. Definitely glad I found Yedi and their products. In terms of value for money these guys are the best. I've already bought more for my brother and mom to put under the Christmas tree for the holidays
