Not user friendly. best in my review

Not user friendly. The release tab gets "stuck” due to the weight of the plant. If I turn it upside down the release tab will work, however it’s at ceiling level. If I have to get a step stool to release it, I might as well just take it down.

Pros

The hangers are versatile, suitable for indoor and outdoor use

Cons

The pulleys may be difficult to install if you have limited space
