Wow! What fantastic value. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing but clicked on this vacuum cleaner despite decent reviews for lower end devices. My main reasons were that some compared it to the much more expensive Dysons I've used and the motor is rated at 350w which is a good performance. When the vacuum cleaner arrived my husband and I were happy to try it out. We were both immediately struck by the build quality of every detail. Having used a very expensive Dyson cordless vacuum that a friend of mine owns and compared them, I have to say this is a much better machine and build. But how does it work? We couldn't wait to try it. It came with a partially charged battery, so we immediately tested it in the common room, which features Cecil fiber carpet and hardwood floors. We vacuum this area every day with the Xiaomi roborock 2 automatic vacuum cleaner (also highly recommended), so I wasn't expecting much, but unfortunately in about 3 minutes of vacuuming, about 1/4 of the transparent dust box was filled with dust and cat hair. The power roller that comes with the stitches works great on combi floors. Emptying the reservoir was very easy and all the filters are washable so we rinsed them all out and plugged them in to try them the next day. Also note that the filters are interchangeable and have impeccably designed stainless steel screens. The next day I wanted to test it on our version as we have a small but aging Eureka cordless vacuum that is no longer holding a charge (no lithium ion battery). I put on the included little electric brush and was on my way. Cleaning the van with this was addicting, not only did I wash the floors but all the seats, after 5 minutes I was again a half full bucket with dust, hair, dirt etc. I didn't even think I had left, what is dirty. A great review so far, now for honesty and practical feedback. It comes with a base containing all the accessories in a pyramid shape. Throw it away, it shouldn't have been done in the first place, but they also sent a nice white bag that will store the accessories just as well. Between the bag and the main vacuum, clipped together, you can store half as much as trying to use their organizer device. but thanks for trying. Secondly, although I have two batteries on offer, I only received one. From the review it appears this is because I believe the orange unit comes with two plus an additional carpet brush, but Amazon has only listed them in different colors on the same listings. Blue is $100 less. I should have known something was wrong with them. However, I would think it would be really nice to have two batteries because if you use it at high power, which has strong suction, the battery is only rated for 7 minutes, so you usually don't have much to do in the last 25 minutes. It works for me as most of the area I will be vacuuming is wood so I will only be using max power for some carpets but still an extra battery would be healthy. Even better if they replace their organizer with a fast charger and add an extra battery. Anyway, we love it so much we've ordered another one for camp and one for my husband's office.
