Review on Swappa by E L

I bought an LG G8 ThinQ phone supposedly brand new. It worked for approximately 700 days, and now literally not one single service provider will tell me my phone is compatible. I went to LG and they told me the phone I had was not new and refurbished. So basically I have a worthless piece of garbage phone now I wasted 250 dollars on that I cannot connect to any service. Lucas Freeman their director of support basically told me I should be pleased with approximately 700 days of service and that I should just push Sprint and T Mobile to somehow tell me my phone is compatible when they have explicitly and repeatedly told me there is nothing that can be done. Swappa's customer support is roud, careless, dishonest, and clearly in support of allowing scams. Stay away at all costs!! There are plenty of other sites to get a good deal for a phone or services that offer great deals with a new plan. I just wish I never wasted my time and money on these scumbags.
