Overall great platform and easy for anyone just getting started in eMarketing

I like that you can customize all aspects of this program to fit any size business or organization! There are also many different modules available which allows customization depending upon what needs one has at their disposal (e-mail marketing campaigns).

It's not as user friendly if someone doesn't have experience with programs such as these but it still makes sense once they get used to how things work/can be done within there system. The only real issue we had was having our phone numbers listed correctly so when people called us from outside sources instead of directly through an online form etc., it made them think we were no longer active due to being inactive since March 1st. That didn’t make much difference until recently because now more companies want appointments set up via email rather than calling into office hours - therefore making my job easier by allowing me to handle those calls myself without needing extra staff members who could take time away from other duties.

Pros
  • Everything about customer service, call center design & operation is very easy for everyone involved..including both employees in addition management alike; even though most likely won t understand why exactly some do something certain ways while others would act completely differently..or maybe don 'to really see anything wrong here? This software helps businesses grow exponentially faster just imagine running almost every aspect including telephone interactions using nothing shorted then simple steps along side basic
