I used this product to clean our RV cover. Mold and fungi from the winter. I sprayed the awning with a spray bottle (not included) and rolled up the awning for a while. Then he took a brush and washed it. Came off relatively easily. There are still brown spots, but most of the mold is gone! NOTES: Wear goggles to protect your eyes when spraying (especially in windy weather). And when it's hot outside it can dry out pretty quickly so it might take a couple of uses. Wiping with a cloth after rinsing also helped a lot!
