High quality handrail, six screws included. I am an OT practitioner and very often recommend handrails around the house. One problem I find with many handrails is that when mounted horizontally (based on 16" wall studs on a central frame structure) the consumer purchases poles that do not match the post spacing that requires postless anchoring. An example would be a 42 inch handrail. This particular handrail fits based on a 16 inch spacing between tip centers. Innovative multi-slot screw design to securely connect with three wood shaft screws at any angle. - I use wrist height. Ask the person to stand up straight and relax their arms at their sides. The top of the handrail should line up with the crease on the inside of the wrist, this should give the elbow a white en embracing the bar.
