Review on Knowlium Reveal by Jesse Diaz

I like that it's an easy to use tool that integrates well with other systems. It's relatively cheap for what you get, so it makes sense in terms of cost/benefit. I dislike how it's not as intuitive as some competitors. The UI is clunky and needs to be cleaned up. There are also sometimes issues with data syncing between different applications. Knowlium Reveal has helped us keep tabs on our customer base and market share and also allowed us to see some information about our competitor's business practices.
