This disc is very easy to use and works well. The only problem I had was putting a small dock on it and creating tension when I put things in it, the CD drive got damaged even though the outer plastic case wasn't. The internal drive is made from very thin aluminum and the top of the drive was pushed in and the bottom of the drive was pushed up causing the drive to get stuck inside. I had to open it to get the drive out and then straighten the top and bottom of the inner case to allow the drive to open and close without scratching the drives. If you need to open the plastic case, remove the rear rubber feet to reveal the Phillips screws that secure the top. Once removed, slide the top back to release.
