I love that you can set up different work orders with different dates, so it's easy to see what jobs need attention by date. It also allows me to create an index of all my parts, which makes searching them much easier when they're out in the field or shipping to customers. The UI could use some improvement - it seems like there are a lot of steps involved just to do something simple (like enter part numbers). Also, sometimes the system has issues where it freezes briefly while loading new data. We've been able to improve our preventive maintenance processes thanks to this software! It helps us track everything from repairs made to scheduled inspections. This gives us better visibility into our operations and improves customer service.
