Review on Hydracy Fruit Infuser Water Bottle by Jessica Ortega

The bottle handle is clamped firmly into the bottle, also between the brewing cap and the bottle cap. I tried removing the tea strainer but the paper instructions made it impossible to remove the tea strainer. I actually hurt my fingers a bit trying to get it out of the bottle. I ran it under warm water and then hot water and to my disgust the top of the brewer began to melt and picked up sensations from the faucet which then discolored the top of the brewer. The screen eventually came out but was constantly warped and sticky. The paper booklet with instructions literally dissolved at the slightest touch. What a mess!. I am very sorry that I bought this product in such a ridiculous packaging. I'm trying to get a refund.
