Lithium battery version (vs 9 volt)

UPDATE (06/03/2020): Using the built in USB voltmeter, determined if the green LED would keep flashing even when fully charged. I added two more pictures, the first shows the charger's current of 0.3934A, and after 30 minutes it dropped to 0.0704A, so basically charging was over. In comparison, my smartphone registers a whopping 1.0A when charging. product/B083TD2BW5 ----- OVERVIEW: Our 18 month old fox terrier likes to bark when he's excited. We don't want to disturb the neighbors so we bought a remote control training collar [1] but for that she needs to have it on and on AND we need to press the button when she barks. So it didn't work. We decided to try this ultrasonic trainer. After reading many reviews I decided to go with the lithium battery option as 9v batteries are such old technology (still works). FIRST TIME USE: While charging it started barking so I unplugged it and put it on level 1. You can tell it's transmitting because the RED LED will flash each time it does so. She barked for about 3-5 seconds, but then she started hearing the ultrasound and began alternating between whimpers and barks. She stopped barking after about 10-15 seconds total time. It usually goes away for a minute or two. So it works as advertised right from the start. OBSERVATIONS: 1) While charging, the LED will flash GREEN about once per second (see video). According to the manufacturer, it should be charged for 2-3 hours before first use. The device will NOT work while the charging port is connected. 2) Although it is waterproof, it is not recommended to be installed outdoors unless under a rain cover, as water may enter the front microphone and ultrasonic speaker openings. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: 1) USB Type-C connector2) Dimensions: 3-1/8" high, 1" deep, 2" high (2-1/2" with mounting tabs). FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS: A) Does the LED stop blinking or stay GREEN when fully charged? NO (see update) B) Does the lithium battery last 14 days in standby mode (according to the manufacturer)? PROS: 1) Lithium battery (looks like Li-Polymer, Li-Po), 400mAh according to the manufacturer.2) Easy to use.3) Three bands. Dog shock with 3 training modeshttps://smile.amazon.com /gp /product/B07N7CFMSY
