-- be me -- spend $300 on a pair of headphones -- don't expect the world to explode -- Pikachu's shocked face -- they really are amazing- - songs listen for a long time - don't think - tag totals. Indeed, although to be honest I didn't expect to be able to say that at $300 they are worth it. These are my first planar headphones to be honest, but I really didn't expect to see such a huge improvement over my X2HRs (which I still love). For reference I have JDS El dac 2 and Gishelli Labs Archell 2.5. 10/10 would buy again. The only thing I would have wished for more was bass. There is no soundstage compared to x2hr, but you can't expect a semi-open sound to compare to this open one.
