I cleaned the floor with a napkin, it turned out very well. Use another sponge to apply Quick Shine floor polish. It was so easy to use that I ended up having to apply 3 quick coats. Looks great! The mop has a sturdy stand and the bucket and parts are plastic so I hope they hold up. The pads are soft and absorb moisture well, rinse well and drain well. In general, if it survives, then this will be my only mop and bucket! Recommended for general house cleaning. Easy to use, easy to store, great job. What's not to like?
