Good marketing for the X chair. You get what I mean.
Not as impressed as I thought. Hands drive me crazy, they're always banging, moving and all that. Loud too. The tilt release is hard to unlock so I have to fight that. However, it is convenient but inconvenient to use. The other chairs are also comfortable. If you drop 1,000+ on your office chair, don't expect disappointment. Good marketing for the X chair. You get what I mean.
