Review on rotize by Fernando Beck

I like how easy it was to set up meetings. It's very intuitive and helped me organize all of my calendar events in one place quickly! There are some issues when using Rotizr which have led to confusion about whether someone has accepted your invite/meeting request etc. Make sure you're clear what happens if they don't accept the invitation before sending out invites - there seems to be differences between accepting via email vs clicking 'accept' within the app itself. A great way to get organised around meeting dates at short notice without having endless emails back and forth. This helps us stay productive by ensuring we meet regularly across departments as well as our weekly team offsite so there aren't any gaps where nothing gets done. We've also been able to track who attended each event too easily this year compared to previous years. We can see attendance graphs over time showing everyone.
