Rude and ineffective
I had no chipping and my lips didn't get any smoother. I used it twice a day as directed. The taste is terrible, very bitter. And it never dries out after application, but remains slightly sticky even over an hour later. It makes it so uncomfortable you can't help but remember it's there, so instinctively either purse your lips or lick them a little and BAM! That disgusting taste again. I was hoping it would be worth it, but in the end I'm very disappointed. Two stars because I still have high hopes that the lip scrub will be an alternative to those gritty sugar lip scrubs that I find extremely messy.
