I like how you can set different rates per date/time of reservations (like we use it to set different prices during weekends or holidays). Some times this feature isn't available at all. For example the last year our system was updated but they don't fix this. Also sometimes they do changes without letting us know beforehand so you can get stuck using old features when you want new one instead. But overall great tool! It's very easy to add tours from your own travel agent. We are able to manage more than 1000 clients and their flights by ourselves which is extremely difficult if not impossible otherwise.
