Fantastic Accounting System, great value with excellent customer service

Very user friendly app which is also very easy to use! it's simple but at first you need some training from support team because there are many features/options not explained clearly enough - even after 2 weeks of using this app we still don't know what all options do exactly! Great App if your looking into managing travel plans or just want to keep track of trips etc without having stacks of paperwork lying around!! We're running everything through one platform now instead of multiple…

  • User Friendly interface, good layout; lots going in with few lines out.
  • Able make any changes quickly once logged onto website rather than have admin staff change things manually when required by client e.g) changing contact details within business card templates)
  • Ease getting new people setup correctly

Great booking engine for large groups

I like how you can set different rates per date/time of reservations (like we use it to set different prices during weekends or holidays). Some times this feature isn't available at all. For example the last year our system was updated but they don't fix this. Also sometimes they do changes without letting us know beforehand so you can get stuck using old features when you want new one instead. But overall great tool! It's very easy to add tours from your own travel agent. We are able to manage

  • Easy way for agents
  • Great support team
  • Highly customizable interface, lots possibilities in terms od reporting etc.
  • Lots options about payments via credit card directly into TAPAS account no need additional software such as Quickbooks / Paypal integration required :)
Cons
  • Sometimes there were issues with processing tickets that had already been processed
  • Not enough documentation
