Correct part for the 2003 Trailblazer (check if it fits other models) that provides automatic control of the vehicle's air conditioning temperature. and heating controls work perfectly. This sensor (on Trailblazers) is located in the radiator mount on the left side (away from the driver's seat) of the vehicle. You'll need to remove the grille (it snaps into place with 11 clips located around the entire perimeter, including two clips on each headlight housing). Once removed you will see the probe tip just stick out, press to remove and the new tip will snap onto the main support. This is also a good time to swap out any bulbs in your headlights with the grille off, because if you need to change bulbs later, the grille will come out again.
