These are handsome looking black slacks. They launder well and can be worn without ironing, but they still look better with a slight bit of pressing.They claim they have flex waist. The fabric is knit so there is a bit of give, but not the flex waist that other pants have that really have elastic in them.They sit at your waist, so that is good for those of us that do not slacks hanging on top of our hips. They taper at the bottom- leg opening which gives a slimmer look than pants that have a fuller cut below. The slacks are comfortable and not tight. The belt loops fit a 1 ½” belt which is my preference, rather than the narrow belt some dress slacks require.They are in total a good looking and wearing pair of slacks.
