Receive the trimmer 2 days after ordering. Works perfect. It replaced the old Norelco that just stopped working. This glides smoother over my face and is much quieter than the Norelco. It was about 3/4 full when I received it, so I fully charged it before using it. It comes with a USB cable with a small two-pin connector that plugs into the trimmer, the same type used in most trimmers/shavers. Charged when from laptop. I have used it 4 times so far, not charged yet, the indicator is still green. I keep stubble and am currently on a 2 1/2 setting and use it every 2 days. Ideal for me. The guide can be easily removed for flushing and simply put back on. Overall I'm very happy with it.
