I would give this product 5 stars but the sugar bowl lid was very expensive. I received the first set and everything was perfect except there was a chip on the sugar bowl lid. I sent a request for a replacement cover. Unfortunately it turns out that the only option is to send you a new set and send the old one back at your own expense. I got a $3.99 refund from Zen but the UPS charge was $51.00 so replacing the sugar bowl cost me $47. Otherwise I would say this is a great dinnerware set. You get a lot of value for your money at 71.00 with 2 servings, salt and pepper, sugar and cream and covers for 6. Love the way the service looks. It appears to have fired well, the hard-paste porcelain and the parts that have gone through the dishwasher were fine. I would have liked it better if it only cost me 71.00 instead of ending up at 120.00 with return shipping. If yours arrives safe and sound, you've got a great deal. If not, decide if you really can't live with the damaged parts before doing anything, or hope you're lucky in communication and can only replace the parts that need replacing.
