I typically wear a 7.5 or a 7W. I ordered a 7.5 and it fit perfectly. Very comfortable, sturdy, and lasted almost year until my Dog chewed off all the tan rope design on wedge. :(I do not wear them everyday, but on occasion when I want to dress up some jeans. My husband is much taller than me so I like to have a wedge handy!I am buying more since my dog destroyed them. Unfortunately, they don’t come in the Jean blue color anymore.
