Review on 🧀 Youngstown Glove 08-8450-80S Military Work Gloves by Chris Horton

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No winter gloves for anything below 40 degrees!

fits - they fit snug - company suggests you measure your hand and size accordingly - I bought XXL based on my measurement 10.5 and it's tight gloves - ok so it's not that bad as narrow can help dexterity but restricts blood flow. Winter glove - no, it's not! At 10-20 degrees, these gloves do not insulate well and you can tell. In a blizzard, your hands get cold. I have cold-hardened hands - I don't usually wear gloves below 20 degrees and work with cold materials, snow, wood, etc. If they were issued to our military as winter gloves, frostbite would be widespread. Waterproof - they seem to be suitable for that. The result - a slim fit - only suitable for Florida winters. A better value for money would be mechanical gloves that don't claim to be the winter gloves they make. My hands were cold even when shoveling snow - I sweat everywhere except my hands!
