The Snailax massage cushion is very comfortable and large enough to cover all parts of the chair and body. The following information is based on my personal opinion and experience. Pros: I love how comfortable it is and the memory foam is soft, plush, and buoyant. It has an attached remote control to change functions specifically targeting certain or all areas of the body. It has 3 different levels of "speed" (intensity). As well as 2 heat levels that affect 2 different parts of the body in the back and legs. You can choose from several preset massage types or create a custom one to suit your specific needs via the remote control. It also has a built in auto shut off after 30 minutes. Includes an adapter so you can use it in your car. Cons: I don't like that the neck area is mostly in the upper back. The massager tends to be noticeably noisy when you use it. It almost feels like a massage with a vibrating pad rather than an actual interactive style. I would say the included power cord could have been longer as there isn't much freedom of movement when plugged into an outlet. The leg or thigh section could benefit from relocation for more optimal use. While the design has some flaws, it doesn't detract from and doesn't outweigh the awesomeness and performance of this massager. Excellent features and price. Overall, I would recommend this product based on the features, functionality, and convenience.
