Slippery garbage
I have a leather chair. I tried every way I could to keep this thing from slipping. This is a sad failure. I use a blanket instead and that works a lot better. He makes himself unfit. The pockets are good, but the thing is so slippery that when you put a book in the pocket, it immediately slides to the side where the book is. It is a very thin, light and cheap material. It has no rubber backing at all. The strap does literally nothing to keep it in place. If you can't fit this item, don't buy it. The only positive thing is that it has a nice brown color which I wanted. He comes back!
