This is my 3D pair of Glycerin's 2D with improved support. I walk 6-8 miles 5 days a week, weigh about 195 pounds and maintain a 16 minute pace. These shoes offer the right blend of softness, flexibility and support on the hard surfaces I typically find myself on. I like the full tongue of the shoe which makes it easy to put on and take off. In the photo you can see my old Glycerin GTS 19 shoes after about 700 miles of running mostly on concrete or paved surfaces for 6 months. When I looked at the blue wear patch on the heel I always thought they were ok. When my new GTS 19s arrived I compared them and you can see how completely worn the ball of the foot is! The tops looked great by the way. I ordered two pairs this time to make it easier for me to switch between them as I live in Florida and they can get quite sweaty or wet in the occasional rain.
