This is a strong, durable cage with a baffle that can be moved if necessary as the puppy grows. I bought this for my 8 week old Miniature Australian Shepherd. It was very tiny at first, but after 5 weeks I've already shifted the septum twice. I like the door because when the cage is open the door is out of the way and easy to open when needed. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because I had to spend several hours before letting my pup in. File sharp edges from ANY raw end of metal. I was afraid she would cut her nose or legs, or I would cut myself. I filed them all, cleaned them of dust and painted over the sawn areas with household appliance paint. I feel better now having them with me without worrying about cuts. I think this is a common problem with all metal boxes, gates and fences.
