This is a strong, durable cage with a baffle that can be moved if necessary as the puppy grows. I bought this for my 8 week old Miniature Australian Shepherd. I like the overall design of this drawer with the retractable side door to save space. However, there are flaws in design and functionality. The end door works well and solidly. Hooray! Strong and strong, easy to assemble, as if assembled by itself, hinged. I don't know what others are saying about up and down door with problems. I only have one door and it slides up and down easily and rests on top. No sharp edges as mentioned in other reviews. I have a 55 pound dog and it's hard for her not to run away.
