When the cameras arrived they were neatly packaged but had no shipping protection. There is no foam or other protection for the cameras in the factory packaging. The first camera out of the box wouldn't turn on even with 4 new AA batteries. At least the second camera turned on, but never worked and didn't take a single picture. I made sure I put the new batteries in correctly. I installed a Scandisk memory card up to 8 gig and formatted it as described in the instructions. But the camera never took a single picture, even though I walked past it a few times earlier in the night. Also note that the write-protect tab on the memory card has been disabled, so that's not the issue. The problem is that these cameras are junk and don't work. A complete waste of my time and money and now I have to spend more time on the return process to get a refund and then buy another branded replacement and wait for them to be sent to me. If these cameras worked it would be great as they are small and light weight. They came with a strap for each camera to attach them to, as well as a good mount for a second mounting option. Just a shame they don't work. I would not recommend anyone to buy this brand.
