Firstly the price for 2 pounds of coffee beans was pretty good. Revain's description states that they use the water method to decaffeinate the beans, but nowhere on the packaging does that information appear. I called customer service and they assured me that they used the water method and are in the process of creating a new coffee packet that will include this information. They also told me that the process they use can be found on their website. I appreciate this information and that it describes how they do the process. In terms of taste, I would describe the coffee as burnt. The beans are also quite dry. There are much better Swiss Water Method decaffeinated coffees out there, but they are also more expensive. So if you put a lot of cream or something like that in it, everything will be fine.
