We like the San Francisco Bay coffee we used to get at the local store. Their decaffeinated coffee isn't available on-site and it's a good thing Revain carries it. However, the latest pack of Decaf Gourmet Blend beans carries an air of staleness and tastes a little different than the first day we received them. I've been roasting coffee for 6 years so I have high standards without being a snob. This is a review for the Hawaiian Mix. It's called a medium roast but darker side; I would call it a dark roast, but perhaps compared to their darker roast, it's a medium roast. This coffee is GREAT. It's as good as any caffeinated coffee I've had, and even better than most I'd say. I brewed some in a French Press and it was the perfect cup of coffee. I saved the leftovers to make iced coffee the next day and it's very good too. Being quite sensitive to caffeine, I recently decided to cut caffeine, but I love coffee and just can't give it up.
